1. On-line bookings
By completing the Online Reservations form, each client accepts and authorizes ROSALEDA DEL MIJARES S.L. to use and process in an automated way the personal data supplied with the purpose of proceeding to the requested reservation and to carry out an offer of products and personalized services and to improve the relationship commercial with our clients, and the transfer of such data to the companies that make up GRUPO ROSALEDA, the client who makes a reservation is informed that his personal and booking data will be transferred to the companies that have to intervene in the management of the reservation and/or trip, regardless of the country in which such companies may be located and international data transfers may take place, for the sole purpose of managing the reservation and ensuring its execution.
2. Booking conditions, services and cancellations.
Rosaleda del Mijares SL reserves the right to modify the schedules of use and enjoy the different facilities of the establishment for operational or production reasons. The reservations made are under the provisions of the Royal Decree of reservations and prices in tourist establishments in the Valencian Community of 11 February 19/1997 (check this out www.docv.gva.es/portal/ficha_disposicion_pc.jsp?sig=0406/1997&L=1).
Cancellation fees are specified at the time of booking, in case you do not specify the default general expenses apply:
Reservations cancelled between 15 and 7 days before the scheduled arrival: Amount of the first day of booking.
Reservations cancelled between 6 and 1 nights before arrival: 30% of the reservation amount
No Hotel Show: Full amount.
3. Registration Distribution List Offers & Promotions
Rosaleda del Mijares SL informs you that your email address will be entered in an automated file (distribution list) in order to provide you with information about our news and offers by e-mail.
4. Use of the parking area:
The hotel has a parking area not guarded, access to it has a cost of 5 Euros per day of stay and its use is subject to availability. The capacity is limited and it is not possible to reserve specific places.
5. Wellness spa access:
In order to meet the new needs of limited capacity, guests must book an appointment on the day of arrival (you can book at most one hour per day per day of stay) [LINK TO SPA RULES OF USE]
For reservations that include a Vip Spa session, it is necessary to make a reservation.
6. Access to the Natural Site of the Fuente de los Baños.
The natural place of the Fueste de los Baños of Montanejos has a limited capacity, to access this place you must take out a ticket, which has a cost, to be housed in our establishment we will facilitate this entry free of charge, always subject to the availability of such capacity. It is not possible to book in advance, the free reservation is made on the day of arrival and is subject to availability. If you wish to reserve your access in advance you must book it directly at www.visitmontanejos.com , in which case there is a mentioned cost.

8. Catering Services:
Full board reservations include lunch as the first service and breakfast as the last.
The reservations in half board include as first service the dinner and last service the breakfast. If you wish to change the dinner service for the meal service you must inform the previous day.
Drinks are not included in the prices. The prices shown are VAT included. In accordance with the security and prevention measures due to COVID-19, catering services shall be subject to special rules:
Breakfast Service: With limited seating you may have to wait for a free table, we will try to make the service as quick as possible.

9. Check-in time in the rooms
The rooms are delivered from 14:00 hours, being able to extend the delivery of the same until 15:00 hours depending on the volume of departures that day.
10. Room Check-Out Room check-out is before 12:00. Can I check out later than 12:00?
there is the possibility of leaving at 17:00 hours, depending on availability. Please inform the hotel reception as late check-out cannot be guaranteed. It may not be possible to leave after 12:00 in certain seasons.
Compliance rules for government measures post Covid:
At the Hotel Rosaleda del Mijares, the most important thing is to take care of our customers, and we know that in these times of uncertainty, being able to travel with tranquility is an added advantage, for this reason we have had to take a number of measures by virtue of the application of the different implementing regulations in the current situation of health crisis caused by the COVID 19 Within these measures, we inform you of the conditions that you must comply as a customer in the use of common spaces, elevators, corridors and other limitations of services required by current regulations. All of them are at your disposal at our reception and on our website www.hotelrosaledadelmijares.com for your consultation and remembrance at any time. As a client, we undertake to comply with the established distancing measures, as well as to use the means that are considered mandatory or recommended during your stay in the establishment, both by law and by the sanitary protocol itself approved by the establishment.
- Frequent hand washing, specially when you are going to access to shared areas (lounges, restaurants…). Gel hand sanitizer is availabe at differents points around the hotel,
- Use your elbow to cover your mouth/nose when you are coughing or sneezing, or use a tissue and wash your hands afterwards.
- Avoid touching your mouth, nose, or eyes in public spaces.
- Use the bins that you will find at different points in our facilities to throw away all the disposable hygiene and protection material (masks, gloves, disposable tissues, etc.).
- Respect social distancing with persons outside the family or cohabitation environment.
- Avoid greetings that involve physical contact (hugs, kisses…)
- Respect the capacity established in common areas, in particular in those where there is no physical control by the hotel staff (elevators, lounges…)
- Respect schedules and other rules that may have been established by the establishment to comply with the permitted capacity. Inform yourself with the signs that are around the hotel or ask our staff.
- Respect the distances between people who are in points of public attention, entrances to restaurants, buffets…
- Respect signs, routes, safety distances or closed spaces
- Do not remain in the room during cleaning process, maintenance or repair services.
- At the first signs of symptoms compatible with COVID-19 (fever, cough or respiratory difficulty):
- * Self-isolate in your room (affected and partner).
- * Inform the establishment by phone (reception / customer service) of the situation.
As a client, assume the full consequences of your failure to comply with the prevention measures, being informed that such failure may result in the immediate termination of your accommodation contract, cancelling your stay without any right to a refund. All these measures have been incorporated into the internal regulations of the hotel establishment and the right of admission of the latter. Consequently, in the event of non-compliance, and under the applicable Autonomous Community legislation, this establishment reserves the right to terminate the stay in advance. All obligations and consequences arising from the implementation of all security measures extend to all persons, including minors, who are part of the family unit occupied by this accommodation unit.
