XIV Gastronomic Days Mushroom and Hunting

From October 3th to the end of the season, the restaurant Rosaleda del Mijares participates in the 14th Gastronomic Conference dedicated to Mushrooms and Hunting in Montanejos. Betting on the products of the area and quality, the restaurant proposes a menu that will not leave anyone indifferent. So, all those who like good food, have an appointment in our restaurant from October 3th until the end of the season.

Pumpkin hummus with sauteed mushrooms and smoked rosemary oil


Vegetable coca and pickled quail


Organic bean stew with carbonara of cecina and boletus


Deer burguer with sweet potato truffled puree, persimmon chips, pickled cucumber and port reduction


Bread with oil, salt and chocolate, ginger gum and mandarin sorbet
